Be sure the return is postmarked within the 15-day window, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please retain your tracking details for your records.

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a prompt refund for the full product amount (note: shipping fees and special order items are non-refundable).
